During the Peace Corps Creative team's travels to various country posts, we gather a range of materials, including interviews with Volunteers. These interviews effectively capture the Volunteers' experiences and are some of the most powerful video assets produced by our team for the agency. They are utilized for recruitment, social media content, and university events. My role includes serving as the producer for the entire asset collection trip, where I collaborate with post staff, the Senior Multimedia Specialist, and External Affairs Leadership to align on the journey's objectives. I also conduct interviews with all Volunteers during the trip. Upon returning, I oversee the project management of the workload. For this video, I created the motion graphic introduction in Adobe After Effects and handled all post-production work in Adobe Premiere Pro, including music selection, color correction, and sound editing. All filming and photography was done by Toby Mues.
